As of November 10 2014 there are 807 scientists from 179 institutions in 17 countries working on Fermilab muon and neutrino experiments. This number is calculated by removing duplicates from the collaboration lists for the MINOS through LBNE entries in the table below. There are 575 scientists from 154 institutions in 14 countries working on neutrino experiments (MINOS, MINERvA, NOvA, MicroBooNE and LBNE), and 247 scientists from 48 institutions in 8 countries working on muon experiments (Mu2e, Muon g-2). These numbers, too, are calculated by removing duplicates from the combined collaboration lists of all experiments, for each category.
Many collaborators work on more than one experiment. Below, we summarize the number of scientists who are collaborators on N individual neutrino and muon experiments at Fermilab. We do this each for muon and neutrino experiments combined, and for muon and neutrino experiments considered separately.
